Fagan
Richard and Betty (Ham) Fagan, Stillwater, will celebrate their 60th anniversary with a reception hosted by their children from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. March 14 at Cottonwood Community Center as Lakeview and Cottonwood roads.
They were high school sweethearts and were married March 11, 1950, in Stillwater.
They have one daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Les Gilbertson, Warsaw, Ind.; and four sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Bev Fagan and Kelly and Sandra Fagan, all of Stillwater, Shawn and Michele Fagan of Van Alstyne, Texas, and Daren and Kate Fagan of Highland Village, Texas. They have 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, with another one on the way.
Fagan was in the dairy business for 25 years west of Stillwater.
Mrs. Fagan worked for Tomlinson Insurance Agency, the Payne County Clerk’s Office and Payne County Abstract Co. before going to work at Oklahoma State University, where she retired in 1991.
