Billings celebrate 50 years together

Rod and Judy Billings enjoyed their 50th wedding anniversary with a celebration hosted by their children on Aug. 12 at the Meditations Event Center in Stillwater.

The couple was married Aug. 12, 1962, in Wichita, Kan. They have lived many places during their marriage including Israel, Japan, Hawaii and Colorado before retiring in Stillwater.

Mr. Billings served 25 years in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Japan, Israel and many states in the U.S.

They have two children, Stacy and Scott, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
