Cushing couple marks 50th

Robert and Talitha Bush are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Friends and family are invited to a come-and-go reception 2 to 4 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Cushing Youth and Community Center, 700 S. Little Ave.

Robert Bush and Talitha Grubb were married Oct. 25, 1962 in Cushing. He spent his life working in wood. She was a stay-at-home mother.

They have two sons, Don and wife Jackie Bush and Van Bush; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Their children and grandchildren — Michella Bush, Michael and April Bush, Jarred Bush, Jordan Bush — will host the reception.

No gifts are asked.
