Betty and Art Daugherty Jr. will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary at a come and go reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 3 at Sunnybrook Christian Church, 421 E. Richmond Road.  

Hosting the reception are their children Teresa and Scott Harrison, James and Mary Ann Daugherty, Don Daugherty and Bruce Daugherty.

The couple married Feb. 1, 1953, in Cushing.

He is retired from the Vo-Tech and she is retired from McCollom’s Interiors.

Their grandchildren are Tasha and Mike Graham, Brian and Chrissy McCutchen, Mindy and Marco Meson, Jonathan and Tiffany Daugherty, Kyle and Jennifer Daugherty, and Jimmy Daugherty. They have nine great-grandchildren.
