IMPORTANT- Please list the names of those attending in the following manner: Attending from Stillwater were John and Mary Smith and their children, Susie, John Jr. and Sally; Mark and Shirley Doe, Bill and Kathy Johnson and Gene and Donna Smith. Those from Oklahoma at the event were William and Teresa Smith, Anadarko; John and Helen Johnson, Enid; and Sam Smith, Weatherford. Visiting from out of state were....

Married couples MUST be listed by both names, such as John and Mary Smith, NOT "Mr. and Mrs. John Smith."

The NewsPress must use this style in listing names to eliminate confusion for the reader and adhere to newspaper style. Thank you for your cooperation.
