Brother of Oklahoma City Thunder forward Ibaka transfers to Oklahoma State University

STILLWATER, Okla. — The brother of Oklahoma City Thunder forward is transferring to  Oklahoma State University, according to the website jucojunction.

Ibaka, a 6-9, 220-pound post player,  completed his freshman year at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, where he averaged 13.7 points and 9.6 rebounds. He will be eligible in 2015 after sitting out the upcoming season.

Ibaka was an all-region and all-conference player for the Golden Norse.

A native of Spain, Ibaka is one of 18 children. He is originally from the Republic of Congo,
