BREAKING NEWS: Stillwater firefighters battle wildfire at Lakeview and Country Club Roads

STILLWATER, Okla. — Stillwater firefighters continued to battle a wildfire near the intersection of Country Club and Lakeview Roads at approximately 3:30 p.m. Saturday. The fire was reported shortly before 3 p.m.

The fire initially was reported as being the size of two football fields. Unofficial estimates place the burned area at approximately 2 acres.

Stillwater Fire Department has at least three brush trucks working the fire, which has been contained on the south. Flames can still be seen on the east..
