STILLWATER, Okla. — The Big 12 Conference will make an announcement at 5 p.m. Sunday concerning Oklahoma State University point guard Marcus Smart's altercation with a fan at the Texas Tech game in Lubbock Saturday night. Oklahoma State University Athletic Director Mike Holder, men's basketball coach Travis Ford and Smart will hold a press conference at 5 p.m. Sunday.

Cushing man accused of murder released on bail
Russell Eugene Dawes, a 97-year-old Cushing man accused of first degree murder, was released from jail on Tuesday.
Yale Water Now Safe
The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has lifted the boil advisory in Yale.
The DEQ has deemed the water safe for human consumption. The boil advisory was put in place after an April 14 test revealed signs of E. coli in the water supply.
Follow-up tests were run that also pointed toward the presence of E. coli, but the DEQ’s tests assure that the Yale water supply is safe for consumption.
