The City of Stillwater’s Development Review Committee will meet at 9 a.m. Monday, April 30, in Room 2073 in the Municipal Building, 723 S. Lewis Street.



Agenda items:

• J & K LLC, requesting approval fora minor subdivision of property addressed as 1199 W. Airport Road and 1118 W. Newman Avenue in the RS3 and RS1 (Small Lot and Large Lot Single Family) zoning districts.

• Stillwater Group Homes Inc., requesting approval for a map amendment rezoning property addressed as 1102 S. Washington Street from the RS3 (Small Lot Single Family) to CO (Office) district to allow for a prking lot to service an office and multipurpose building for the agency.
