TOPS OK 013 had 14 TOPS and three KOPS at its meeting Thursday.
The biggest loser was Wilma Wiehr for the second week in a row. Jim Albright was the best KOPS loser.
Jeanne Wheeler-Loveland, physical therapist from Cushing Regional Hospital, spoke about exercising at home.
