Markeese Krea’Shawn Phelps, 23, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance

Billy Joe Guinn, 32, Perkins, domestic assault and battery in presence of a child second and subsequent, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with emergency telephone call

Brenda Lee Terry, 29, Perkins, unlawful possession of marijuana second and subsequent, unlawful possession ofdrug paraphernalia

Michael Arnold, 49, Cushing, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia

Christopher Phillip Hofschulte, 23, 1622 N. Diamond Valley Rd., actual physical control of a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor, operating vehicle with expired tags, resisting arrest, transporting open container of beer
