CUSHING, Okla. —
A man was arrested Wednesday on a felony charge of lewd proposals or acts to a child.
Joshua Del Capdeville, 36, of Drumright, was arrested at the Creek County Courthouse, Cushing police Det. Adam Harp said. He appeared in court for a family issue, Harp said. Creek County sheriff's deputies arrested him, Harp said.
Capdeville was booked Wednesday into the Payne County Jail. He is being held on $30,000 bail.
A girl told a Department of Human Services worker and a Cushing police officer in August she had been having bad dreams about a man telling her to touch his penis, according to an affidavit filed in Capdeville’s case. When she told Capdeville about the dream, he told her it actually happened several years ago when she was young and living in Cushing, the affidavit alleges.
A court appearance had not been set for him Wednesday, court records indicate.
