Payne County District Court

Felony charges

Toni Annette Guffey, 21, 407 E. 44th, Apt. 52, possession of marijuana in the presence of a minor, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Curtis Dwayne Pradia, 48, 210 N. Husband, Apt. 2, attempted robbery — first degree — after a former conviction of a felony.

Misdemeanor charges

Benjamin Franklin Hutchings, 24, 1106 W. Tyler, driving with a revoked license.

Scott Declan Franklin, 40, 1815 N. Boomer, domestic abuse and battery in presence of a minor.

Bryan Keenan Bonnette, 20, Cushing, embezzlement.

Dillon Lee Langley, 20, 1922 Devin Lea, possession of fraudulent identification card.

Noble County District Court

Misdemeanor charges

Gary Dean Keck, 55, Wichita, Kan., possession of a controlled and dangerous substance, transportation of open container — beer.

Alejandro Francisco Lopez, 40, no address given, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance, transportation of open container — beer.

Lincoln County District Court

Felony charges

Deborah Sue Westfall, 38, 8422 E. 67th, possession of a controlled substance.

Stanislav Avezov, 22, Glendale, Ariz., two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

Omar Soliman Saadeldin, 21, Phoenix, Ariz., two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

Veta Michelle Holt, 29, Meeker, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Lauria Ann Leonard, 48, Sparks, assault and battery upon a police officer.

Misdemeanor charges

Shannon Renee Shepherd, 33, Chandler, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Shelby Leigh Stone, 18, Meeker, driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication.

Dustin Tyler Thompson, 21, Shawnee, driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication.

Thomas Jay Northcutt, 31, Claremore, driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
