The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Jason Stuart McCollough, 27, Dequeen, Ark., unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine, carrying concealed weapon

Chavas Lonell Burton, 27, Wewoka, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park, possession of firearm after former felony conviction, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension

Misty Dawn Hardiman, 36, 1309 S. Duncan, unlawful possession of dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Mark Arthur Upton, 40, 319 W. 9th #6, possession of controlled dangerous substance second and subsequent, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Todd Bernell Shinault, 57, 320 W. McElroy #312, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance second and subsequent offense

Doyal Wayne Ritter, 64, 1501 N. Redlands Rd., driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, second and subsequent offense, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
