The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Michael Christopher Gomez, 25, 305 1/2 Lowry, unlawful possession of drug without a prescription, unlawful possession of controlled drug without a prescription, knowingly possessing or concealing stolen property

Misdemeanor charges

Bhavik Jay Patel, 22, 1815 E. Elm, unlawful possession of marijuana

Dorsey Trayman Gordon, 38, 21 Sunnylane, operating a motor vehicle while having a blood or breath alcohol content of .08 or more

Christopher Scott Edwards, 21, 1017 E. Ridgecrest, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with the blood and breath alcohol content of 15.g/210L or more

William Ward Allen, 33, 320 E. McElroy Apt #116, possession of schedule IV controlled, driving under suspension, speeding

Bryan James Mayfield, 26, 1223A S. Duncan, public intoxication

Laurena Louise Delatorre, 21, Cushing, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, leave scene of property damage accident with unattended vehicle

Allen Jack Ridgway, 48, Guthrie, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated

Laureace Nicolette Cypret, 36, 1325 E. 4th Ave., domestic abuse assault and battery, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated, speeding

Paul Andrew Rowland, 40, Missouri, domestic abuse assault and battery, public intoxication

Tawnya Marie Brake, 34, 1110 E. 57th, domestic assault and battery in presence of minor
