Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County District Court. The charges have yet to be proven in court.



Felony charges

Carmen Eldonna Richardson, 39, no address reported, three counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Charles Edward Bonnell, 18, 919 S. Janes Court, unlawful possession of controlled drugs, knowingly concealing stolen property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second filing, he was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled drug in presence of a child under 12 years old, knowingly concealing stolen property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryan Ray McNeal, 30, Cushing, endeavoring to manufacture the controlled dangerous substance methampetamine, knowingly concealing stolen property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Earl Johnson Jr., 26, Redwagon Trailer Park No. 22, carrying contraband into jail.



Misdemeanor charges

Jacob Ryan Coleman, 18, 427 Parker Hall, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin Dewayne Jackson, 18, 912 Kerr Hall, possession of alcohol by a person under 21

Calvin Eugene Barnett, 21, Sitlington Hall Apt. 207A, driving under suspension.

Anthony Scott Harris, 20, 5606 E. 19th Ave., possession of alcohol by person under 21.

Curtis Lance Anderson, 48, McAlister, public intoxication.

Brandon Cole Hubbard, 20, 9014 S. Lost Creek Lane, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated.

Justin Lee Huffman, 33, Ripley, driving under suspension.

Jeremy Jason Preeo, 34, 6893 Oak Forrest Circle, driving under suspension, failure to possess insurance, speeding.

Isaac David King, 19, 322 Village C, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laura Denise Ferrell, 25, Cushing, possession of marijuana.

Ryan Temple Geisler, 19, Tulsa, transporting open container of beer.

David Allen Close, 52, 1401 N. Arrington Ct., transporting an opened container of beer, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license in possession, speeding.

Mary Lou Deleon, 46, Tulsa, transporting opened container of beer.
