Frank Leslie Chalkey, 51, Cushing, trafficking illegal drugs methamphetamine, unlawful possession of marijuana, second and subsequent, maintaining a house where drugs are kept, possession of proceeds known to be derived from violations of the uniform controlled dangerous substance act, possession of firearm after former conviction of a felony, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Megan Mical Barrett, 26, Cushing, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine and marijuana, unlaful possession of drug paraphernalia

Thomas Richard Doak, 43, Tryon, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine

Maxwell Lee Chance Bailey, 19, 1822 N. Perkins Rd. #634, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a public park, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Anthony Murral Bourland, 35, Perry, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance, resisting an officer

Stetson Ray Singleterry, 20, 1822 N. Perkins Rd. #633A, unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park, conspiracy to commit a felony

Wilford Baron Walls, 64, Yale, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine

Everett Ross Harvill, 37, Cushing, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine

Misdemeanor charges

Kelly Annette Rinehart, 49, Pawnee, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol-aggravated

Isaac Eugene Kinsey, 32, Perkins, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol
