Brandon Tejuan Williams, 32, Tulsa, unlawful possession of marijuana second and subsequent, driving under suspension, failure to yield right of way to emergency or police vehicle

Ashley Diane Skinner, 26, Cushing, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine and marijuana subsequent offense, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Michael Lee Hastings, 47, Cushing, unlawful possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, public intoxication

Joshua Trinidad Iniguez, 21, Blackwell, operating a motor vehice while under the influence of intoxicating liquor second and subsequent, unlawful possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Mark Arlyn Lumpkin, 49, Cushing, actual physical control of a motor vehicle while udner the influence of intoxicating liquor second and subsequent, operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license has been suspended

Brenda Renae Stinnett, 36, Edmond, unlawful possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a public park, bringing contraband (methamphetamine) into jail

Christopher Scott Carpenter, 33, Cleveland, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol aggravated

Troy Lynn Willis, 53, 220 S Duncan, violation of protective order

Patricia Hylands, 57, Oklahoma City, possession of marijuana

Rose Marie Hampton, 50, Oklahoma City, possession of marijuana

Jerry Willis Hiltzman, 43, Perkins, public intoxication

Paula Ann Martin, 22, 300 Colby Lance St, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated

Thomas Robert Warnke, 37, 2119 W. 23rd, outraging public decency, trespass after forbidden

Joel Javier Saehz, 31, 1914 W. 80th, driving without a valid license, fail to carry security verification, operate vehicle with defective equipment - stop lamps

Shanette Melana Stokes, 21, Cushing, possession of schedule III controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia
