Payne County District Court

Felony charges

Mark Casey Thomas, 54, 1420 E. Maple St., unlawful possession of controlled and dangerous substance methamphetamine with intent to deliver (second and subsequent) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cady Dawn Jafek, 20, 2801 W. 15th Ave., manufacturing or attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of controlled and dangerous substance methamphetamine.

Ryan Richard Gualco, 32, Cushing, manufacturing or attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of controlled and dangerous substance methamphetamine.

Tammie Lynn Gualco, 32, Cushing, manufacturing or attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of controlled and dangerous substance methamphetamine.

Robert Lee Neely, Cushing, manufacturing or attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of controlled and dangerous substance methamphetamine.

Guy Allison Jones, 27, 4817 N. Washington St. No. 21, second-degree burglary.

Misdemeanor charges

Cameron Keith Cruce, 18, Glenpool, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.

Grant Randall Franklin, 39, Tryon, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving with license suspended, transporting opened container of beer.

Joseph Anthony Graham, 18, 225 A. Bennett Hall East, possession of fraudulent ID.

Shea Adele Stanford, 20, Claremore, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.

Evin Norris Washington, 20, 227C East Bennett Hall, possession of marijuana.

Ashwadh Ravandran, 25, 111 N. Husband St. Apt. B., molesting a motor vehicle.

Cady Dawn Jafek, 20, 2801 W. 15th Ave., assault and battery.

Felony charges

Chance Michael Rich, 18, Chandler, child abuse by injury, contributing to the delinquency of minors.
