STILLWATER, Okla. —
Three Perkins residents were charged with methamphetamine counts Tuesday.
Edward Dewey Marr, 54, Billy Gene French Jr., 30, and Kristina Rose Marr, 45, appeared in district court Tuesday and were given applications for court-appointed counsel. They were scheduled to return to court today.
All three are accused of having 20 grams or more of a substance that had a detectable amount of meth. Kristina Marr and French are accused of possessing substances to make meth, including sulfuric acid, drain opener, lithium batteries, ephedrine and other materials.
Kristina Marr, Edward Marr and French live at 114 Cross Street in Perkins, court records show.
Each defendant was being held in the Payne County Jail on $100,000 bail.
