Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Daniel Joseph Walker, 18, 511 E. 17th, rape in the first degree.

Michael Allen Brolo, 31, 1426 N. Arrington, domestic assault and battery second and subsequent, violation of protective order second and subsequent.

Andres Alfonso Ramos, 19, 920 S. Murphy #105, grand larceny.

Jesus Alfonso Ramos, 22, 920 S. Murphy #105, grand larceny, driving under suspension.

Misdemeanor charges

James Edward Nashert, Jr., 23, Edmond, actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Spencer Mikhael Rogers, 20, 4506 Braxton Lane, operating a motor vehicle while under the age of 21 years of age with a measurable blood alcohol level, driving under revocation, transporting opened container of beer.

Jacob Coleman Harvey, 18, 103A S. Lowry, possession of paraphernalia.

Ransom Shyler Pagett, 23, 1516 W. 4th #F, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Blake Jared Crawford, 25, 1120 S. Husband St., public intoxication.

Caleb Ross Driggers, 24, 2425 W. Lakeview #4, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated.

Karl James Klein, 24, 2903 N. Perkins Rd. Apt. #G203, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated.

Brian Michael Scott, 21, 1207 W. University, outraging public decency, public intoxication.
