Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Justin Brendan Smith,  23, Oklahoma City, burglary in the second degree

Christopher Lee Walden, 26, 3210 E. Stonegate Ave., two counts of knowingly concealing stolen property

Erica Blair Quigley, 23, 3305 S. Boomer Road No. 21, possession of stolen credit or debit card, three counts of knowingly concealing stolen property

Daniel Lee Kunkle, 23, 3305 S. Boomer Road No 21, possession of stolen credit or debit card, three counts of knowingly concealing stolen property

Trevor Armstrong Clement, 26, No. 7 Country Lane, knowingly concealing stolen property

Jerry Wayne Wright, 37, 18701 Deer Ridge Lane, unlawful possession of a controlled drug  methamphetamine, failure to register as a sex offender, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Misdemeanor charges

Michael Ray Bentley, 40, 2001 N. Perkins Road, No. C40, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol

Earl Eugene Judkins, 50, Enid, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by intoxicating substance

Sean Walsh, 34, Cushing, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, obstructing an officer

Jeremy Lewis Mills, 31, Cushing, driving under suspension

Angel Dawn Hartley, 30, 2323 E. Jacquelyn Terrace, larceny of merchandise from a retailer

Christopher Phillip Hofschulte, 22, 1622 N. Diamond Valley Road, operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license suspended, failure to carry security verification form

William Drew Farrow Jr., 30, Glencoe, violation of protective order, driving under suspension

Evan Michael Prince, 17, Yale, traffic violation appeal from Yale Municipal Court
