Felony charges

Samuel Ray Moore, 43, Perkins, conspiracy to commit a felony, second-degree burglary.

David Ray Coffey, 22, Perkins, conspiracy to commit a felony, second-degree burglary.

John Paul Garner, 47, 205 N. Fairgrounds Road, conspiracy to commit a felony, second-degree burglary.

Thomas Weslee Cooper, 32, 1516 S. Chester, domestic abuse — assault and battery — second and subsequent offense.

Danielle Marie Stidman, 26, 3106 E. Raintree, attempting to obtain a controlled drug by fraud, deceit and misrepresentation.

Crystal Marie Smith, 30, 818 N. Husband St. 48, unlawful possession of controlled drug (methamphetamine), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kallan Reece Rodebaugh, 21, 311 N. Kyle Court, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Alex Nathaniel Geis, 20, 1123 W. University, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol — aggravated, transporting opened container of liquor.

Joshua Michael Mielenz, 33, Oklahoma City, three counts of knowingly concealing stolen property after former conviction of felony.

Terry Eugene Evans II, 31, Blanchard, possession of controlled dangerous substance — second and subsequent offense, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.

Amanda Nicole Austin, 28, Oklahoma City, four counts of knowingly concealing stolen property, possess weapon during commission of a felony.

Misdemeanor charges

Richard Lance Montgomery, 26, Crescent, driving with license suspended, speeding 11-14 mph over (77-65).

Tilano Castro, 25, Oklahoma City, no valid driver’s license, failure to properly secure a load.

Jonni Kay Farrah, 48, Guthrie, driving with license canceled/suspended/revoked, speeding 1-10 mph over (45-35).

George Anthony Bell, 38, Crescent, domestic assault and battery in presence of minor.

Kevin Wayne Schaffter, 21, Guthrie, larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Luis Alfredo, 29, Oklahoma City, no valid driver’s license, failure to carry insurance/security verification form, speeding — posted zone (54-45).
