Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Michael Thomas Roose Jr., 28, 2920 E. Raintree, knowingly concealing stolen property

Robert Joseph Wilkerson, 61, Glencoe, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, third and subsequent offense, unlawful possession of marijuana, second and subsequent, operating motor vehicle while driver’s license has been suspended, transporting an opened container of beer

Michael Lynn Higgins, 50, 3102 E. Raintree, operating a motor vehicle while having a breath alcohol content of .15 or more, second and subsequent offense, operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license has been suspended

Michael Allen Brolo, 32, 1426 N. Arrington, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance alprazolam with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license

Brittany Elizabeth Deluzniewski, 19, Tulsa, bringing controlled dangerous substance marijuana into prison

Misdemeanor charges

Garrett Lee Field, 27, 1105 Stoneridge Rd., operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia

Tommy Lenn Brown, 27, 820 W. Franklin Ln., operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol

Billy Joe Guinn, 33, Perkins, actual physical control of motor vehicle while under the influence of alchol

Jeromy Theodore Miles, 27, Sickerville, N.J., operating a motor vehicle while under  the influence of alcohol

Cody William Strider, 21, 3305 S. Boomer Rd., disturbing the peace

Richard Lee Scott Jr., 35, Yale, domesetic assault and battery

Rodney Ray Jackson, 24, 821 N. Main St. #26, domestic assault and battery

Tonya Renee Strider, 41, 3305 S. Boomer Rd. Lot #53, disturbing the peace

Christopher Bear Thomas, 39, 3508 S. Boomer Rd. lot #53, disturbing the peace

Theodore Zachary Scribner, 27, Sulpher, public intoxication

Jose Reyes De Luna, 24, 21 St. #48, public intoxication

Silverio Dimas-Castorena, 22, 6th and Western #805, driving without a driver’s license
