Felony charges

William Michael French, 22, 4100 W. 19th, attempting to obtain a controlled drug by fraud, deceit and mispresentation, attempting to obtain a controlled drug by fraud, deceit and mispresentation.

Janet Lynn Graves, 45, Drumright, larceny of controlled drug, embezzlement by employee.

Drew William Farrow Jr., 28, 11110 E. 32nd Ave., driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol — second and subsequent offense, transporting opened bottle or container of liquor.

Misdemeanor charges

Tyler Lyn McCoy, 42, Shawnee, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.

William Michael French, 22, 4100 W. 19th, public intoxication.

Katherine Rose Hammons, 19, 800 E. Hall of Fame C14, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.

Gerard Anthony Downey, 42, 1811 S. Fern, domestic abuse assault and battery, protective order violation, malicious injury to property — under $1,000.

Lincoln County District Court

Felony charges

Dustin Loyal Becker, 34, Wellston, two counts of entering with intent to steal copper, possession of firearm after former felony conviction, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Candaice Paige Timmons, 42, Meeker, possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Eric Ross Martin, 27, Cushing, grand larceny.

Jerri Leeann Stewart, 26, Chandler, uttering a forged instrument.

Calvin Dewayne Frye, 50, McLoud, knowingly concealing stolen property.

Jerry Vernon Buckner, 49, McAlester, first-degree burglary.

Mary Elizabeth Meadows, 52, Davenport, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Billy Joe Brawdy, 50, Carney, possession of controlled dangerous substance, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Paul White Jr., 46, Meeker, second-degree burglary.
