Kimberly S. Emo, 47, Oklahoma City, transporting a loaded firearm, hunting with aid of a motorized vehicle

Justin Daniel Kenssen, 20, Perkins, petit larceny-property valued under $500

John Mathew Grant, 23, 452 Village F, public intoxication

Victor Mashburn, 24, 409 W. 9th, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by intoxicating substance

Jonathan Isaac Day, 33, Mannford, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, transporting open container of beer
