John Brandon Cobble, 29, Cushing, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol second and subsequent, transporting opened container of beer, speeding 21 to 25 mph over

Misdemeanor charges

Chance Michael McGregor, 22, Cyril, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol .08g/210L or greater

Isabella Kaye Patterson, 20, Cushing, larceny of merchandise from retailer-value less than $500
