Luke Wayne Wittman, 21, 1817 S. Fern, unlawful possession of marijuana, second and subsequent

Vergal Marvin Briggs Jr., 65, Yale, operating a motor vehicle while having blood or breath alcohol content of .08 or more second and subsequent offense, driving under suspension

Misdemeanor charges

Phelise Anderson, 25, Perkins, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Travis James Dunlay, 27, 2900 E. 6th #70, unlawful possession of marijuana, public intoxication

Sterling James Cole, 46, Bristow, unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to carry security verification form, obstructing an officer

Andrew Peter Ortolani, 18, 602 Kerr Hall, possession of alcohol beverage by person under 21

Preston Stiles Lee, 19, 613 Kerr Hall, possession of alcohol beverage by person under 21

Tucker Willis Roderick, 31, 1409 S. Hickory Court, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor

Madison Collier, 28, no address listed, two counts assault and battery

Boady James Hatley, 21, 2208 Crestwood Dr., possession of controlled dangerous substance

Joseph Lerome Desmore, 31, 2313 S. Walnut #40, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license
