The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Justin Dean Brown, 25, 1416 N. Manning St., embezzlement ($1,000 or more but less than $25,000)

Michael Lynn Webb, 35, Spence, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia

Gina Marie Esparza, 28, El Reno, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance

Cody Ryan Murphy, 35, 2111 N. Briarwood, lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16, forcible oral sodomy, indecent exposure to a child, using access to computer to violate Oklahoma statutes

Dakota Jean Gottfried, 21, 829 S. Leigh St., unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Randy Todd Gordon, 63, Cushing, assault and battery upon a peace officer

Misdemeanor charges

Roger Christopher Rudd, 42, 2209 N. Monroe #4, domestic assault and battery

Shelli Lynn Burk, 45, 318 S. Grandview Ct., driving under suspension, transporting open container intoxicating beverages

Jeremy Adam Swickey, 25, 118B Smith Hall, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia

Patrick Wade, 20, 238 1/2 Duncan, reckless conduct with firearm, hunting from motor vehicle/headlighting, possession of illgal game/sale of game, hunting without license
