The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Veone Stephanie Hesson, 37, Cushing, unlawful possession of controlled drug, driving under suspension, failure to carry security verification form

Dakota Cheyenne Pearce, 19, Cushing, knowingly concealing or withholding stolen property

Logan Kathleen Kloos, 20, 1124 Winter Park, minor in possession of liquor

Ashley Renee Isreal, 23, Cushing, larceny of merchandise from retailer

Kristopher Blake Hill, 32, Norman, driving under suspension, failure to carry security verification, inattentive driving resulting in accident

Alayna Ann Holdsworth, 18, 1123 Drummond Hall, possession of non-intoxicating beverage by person under 21

Caleb Ray Smith, 20, Tulsa, domestic assault and battery, breaking and entering without permission

Donald Ray Poplin, 60, Broken Arrow, actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor

Edgar Martinez, 21, Fort Worth, Texas, operating a motor vehicle while having a blood or breath alcohol content of .08 or more, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license
