Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Christopher Eugene Shea, 25, Guthrie, possession of marijuana second and subsequent, driving under revocation, speeding.

Cole Hamilton Sanders, 20, 1619 E. Elm, receiving stolen property.

Terrell Keith Williams, 33, 320 E. McElroy No. 314, false declaration of ownership of pawn.

Ronald Lee Miller, 40, Glencoe, false pawn declaration.

Misdemeanor charges

Cole Douglas Larson, 19, 1726 W. 22nd St., public intoxication, malicious injury to property.

Matthew Ryan Denuszek, 24, 818 N. Husband Apt. 22, possession of marijuana, operate vehicle on which all taxes due the state were not paid, failure to carry security verification.

Clay Leslie Crenshaw, 55, 6414 E. McElroy, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Kimberly Rochelle Eyster, 35, Morrison, obstructing an officer, driving under suspension.

Deon James Anderson, 20, Guthrie, possession of marijuana.

Jonas Kelly Smith, 27, Pawnee, driving under suspension.

Weston Roger Tranckino, 20, no address given, public intoxication.

Brandon Wayne McDaniel, 30, 5318 Spring Creek Circle Drive West, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated.
