Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Brian Paul Hook, 29, 423 W. 11th St., possession of marijuana second and subsequent, transporting opened container of beer.

Rocky John McCraw, 48, Yale, domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

Christian Nicole Irving, 21, 4701 N. Washing, domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

Misdemeanor charges

Caleb Ross Driggars, 24, 2425 W. Lakeview #4, driving under revocation.

Dustin Lane Tuvell, 20, address unavailable, public intoxication.

Richard Earl Michael, 22, Glencoe, possession of firearm under the influence of alcohol, public intoxication.

Emily Lane Gaulden, 23, 706 S. Brush Creek, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Patrick Rosse Daugherty, 32, Perkins, disturbing the peace by loud noise.

Jacob Lamar Wood, 31, 6305 S. Brush Cree, driving under suspension

Thomas Robert Warnke, 36, 2119 W. 23rd, public intoxication .

William Kevin Nihart, 29, Cushing, driving under suspension, operate vehicle on which all taxes due to state were not paid.

Kenneth Lynn Nixon, 37, Bokoshe, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Michael Shannon Easiley, 26, Tulsa, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.  

Timothy Patrick Nash, 25, 1807 N. Hartford No 1227, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, obstructing an officer, driving under suspension, failure to pay taxes due to state, failure to carry security verification form.

Derina Jewell Soles, 27, 113 W. Lakeview Rd., larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Amber Jean McDuffle, 33, 113 W. Lakeview Ct., larceny of merchandise from retailer

Jerad Dale Moody, 23, 1100 N. Country Club Rd., driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, leaving scene of accident damaged fixture.  

Matthew Thomas McNelly, 28, Tryon, public intoxication.

Billy Jack Moody, 41, Cushing, obstructing a law enforcement officer, public intoxication.

Jason Jermaine Gray, 33, 609 S. Knoblock, domestic assault and battery.

Jeremy Gene Snyder, 30, 1618 Third, violation of protective order.

Dustin Paul Crisp, 23, Inola, transporting opened container of low-point beer.

Anthony Lawrence Kirk, 31, Oklahoma City, driving under revocation.

Jeremy Thomas Darr, 24, Alva, malicious injury to property-under $1,000.

Skylar Blake Haskin, 20, Mustang, driving under revocation, transporting an opened container of low-point beer, minor in possession of beer.

Kinzada Tyanne Hunt, 20, El Reno, transporting opened container of low-point beer, minor in possession of beer.

Raymond Dale Eikenbary, 49, 1410 E. Third, transporting opened container of beer, fail to use passenger restraint belts.
