Jeffrey Demond Hudson, 40, Tulsa, attempting to obtain a controlled drug by fraud, deceit and misrepresentation.

Wilfred L. Gibson, 35, Ponca City, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license has been suspended.

Chris Darnell Jones, 41, 321 Mulberry Lane, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, possession of controlled drug, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Ryan Dietrich, 34, Yale, operating a motor vehicle while having a blood or breath alcohol content of .08 or more, operating motor vehicle while driver’s license has been suspended, failure to carry security verification form.

Cyrus Scott Contrad, 44, Oklahoma City, possession of stolen vehicle.

Tammy Ann Russell, 44, Perkins, malicious injury to property — over $1,000.

Danielle Marie Stidman, 27, Stillwater, larceny of merchandise from a retailer, second and subsequent, obtaining property by false pretense, two counts.

David Lee Sitterly, 32, Okmulgee, driving under revocation.

William Randolph Bellamy, 212 Iba Hall, possession of paraphernalia.
