Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Joe Earl Gregory, 35, 139 S. Husband #1, unauthorized use of vehicle.

Lois Candance Marie Fowler, 28, 1414 S. Chester St., unlawful delivery of a controlled dangerous substance - methamphetamine.

Rocky John McCraw, 48, Yale, unlawful delivery of controlled dangerous substance - methamphetamine, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance - Adderall.

Sean Aubrey McCraw, 19, Yale, unlawful delivery of a controlled dangerous substance - methamphetamine.

Cory Isom Raley, 22, Perry, unlawful delivery of a controlled dangerous substance - methamphetamine.

Jackson Pascal Rwezaula, 25, 3118 E. 4th, two counts of robbery with firearm.

Loy Dillinger, 42, Sand Springs, driving under the influence (third and subsequent).

Eric Adam Heller, 26, 5308 W. 68th, possession of controlled dangerous substance second and subsequent, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license suspended, failure to carry insurance/security verification form.

Misdemeanor charges

Zeabeth Ann Mitchell, 22, 810 S. Jardot #48, possession of controlled dangerous substance.

William Lavell Brown, 33, 418 Wildwood Acres, threats to kill.

Brandon Michael Ray Thompson, 32, Cushing, outraging public decency.

Lana Deneen Alexander, 49, 229 N. Husband #108, domestic abuse assault and battery.
