The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Wylie Odis Riley, 34, Cushing, possession of child pornography, unlawful access to computer to violate Oklahoma Statutes

Deja Lea Wilson, 20, Cushing, false pawn declaration

Samuel Keith Wilson, 22, Perkins, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Ryan Allen Sharp, 26, Cushing, unlawul possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Terry Lee Hise, 32, Perry, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Diana Lynn Bates, 50, 13510 Highway 51 West, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance, public intoxication  

Clayton Dean Harrell, 27, Sapulpa, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine and marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a driver’s license

Amanda Mary Taylor, 30, Morrison, obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, deciet, or misrepresentation

Lucas Charles Stonecipher III, 41, Glencoe, six counts forgery in the second degree, five counts false pawn declaration

Janice Faye Kile, 51, Cushing, uttering two or more bogus checks exceeding $500

Kathy Carlene Brent, 51, uttering two or more bogus checks exceeding $500

Misdemeanor charges

Jay Miles Taylor, 37, P.O. Box 1163, possession of paraphernalia, driving under suspension

Daniel Eugene Rafferty, 55, Perkins, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxication alcohol aggravated

Zackery Dewayne Mitchell, 28, 500 S. Arrington, domestic assault and battery

Kyle Wayne Wilkerson, 19, 321 N. Duncan Apt. 4, domestic assault and battery

Eboni Shamorrow Jackson, 33, 1832 S. Lowery, driving under suspension

Christopher David Gomez, 51, 9003 E. 9th, pubic intoxication, operate vehicle on which all taxes due the state were not paid
