The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Robin Lynette Andrews, 33, 120 S. Burdick #B4, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance, public intoxication

Clayton Theo Jones, 18, Perkins, assault and battery on an officer, assault and battery on emergency medical care provider

Dack Keeton Sargent, 26, 3212 N. Union, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor second and subsequent, violation of d.l. restrictions

Brandon Ray McFadden, 32, 802 Macy Lane, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol
