Felony charges

John Franklin Samuels, 41, of Cushing, possession of a controlled drug without a prescription, second and subsequent, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon Dean Munier, 26, of Perkins, domestic abuse — aggravated assault and battery, discharge of a firearm during commission of a crime of violence. and possession of a controlled drug (methamphetamine).

Oren Odell Harkey, 55, of Agra, burglary in the second degree.

Issac Leon Hickman, 19, of Agra, burglary in the second degree, obstructing an officer.

Sheyenne Jude James, 21, of Agra, burglary in the second degree, obstructing an officer.

Corey Thomas Duke, 23, of Stillwater, possession of marijuana and methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia.



Misdemeanor charges

Jonathan Ross Psaila, 26, of Stillwater, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with expired tag.

Angela Botone, 20, of Ponca City, public intoxication.
