Jeremiah Robert Russell, 22, Tryon, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, subsequent offense, larceny of merchandise from a retailer

Jeffery Scott Pelzer, 31, Cushing, possession of marijuana, second and subsequent, possession of drug paraphernalia

Phillip Anthony Williams, 23, 1309 S. Duncan, trafficking illegal drugs, methamphetamine

Daniel Zuniga, 33, 1807 W. Hartford, 313, false pawn declaration

Misdemeanor charges

Walter Larson Gregory, 24, Benidji, Minn., public intoxication

Ricardo Jasso-Plancarte, 34, 1400 N. Perkins Road, C20, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated
