Patrick Shane Sparkman, 30, 1405 S. Springfield, two counts rape in the first degree

Jackson Patrick Gordon, 33, 104 S. Berry, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park

Natalie Jeanette Garner, 104 S. Berry, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park

John Paul Garner, 49, 308 W. Maple #3, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
