Melissa Baker, 46, Cushing, possession of controlled dangerous substance, second and subsequent

Misdemeanor charges

Michael Dalton Howeth, 22, 308 N. Husband #N2, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol

Jace Wayne Clayton, 24, 1014 N. Dryden, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence, possession of firearm while under the influence

Tye Bradley Mauch, 22, Bixby, aggravated driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol

Brenden Paul Rotz, 23, 208 Village B, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia

William Ellis Ralston, 31, Cushing, driving under suspension

Brian Eugene William, 45, 6210 S. Perkins Rd., driving under suspension
