Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Audrey Rebecca Dean, 37, Tulsa, larceny from the house.

Brittney Rae Braud, 27, Louisiana, taking credit card of another with unlawful intent.

Dale Lee Claxton, 38, Tulsa, knowingly concealing stolen property.

Michael Todd Chavez, 27, 4100 W. 19th G102, knowingly concealing stolen property.

Misdemeanor charges

Gage Alexander Foster, 18, 320 E. McElroy #413, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Vera Lynn White, 52, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possession of schedule IV controlled substance.

Andrew Rauch, driving under revocation.

David Forrest Warnock, 27, Jennings, domestic assault and battery in the presence of a child.

Joseph Ray Rasmussen, 31, 661 W. Bennett Apt. D, public intoxication.
