The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Jacqueline Campbell, 23, 305 W. 9th, unlawful possession of controlled drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dakota Jean Gottfried, 21, 829 S. Leigh Street, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a park, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicole Dawn Pitts, 27, Oklahoma City, forgery, second degree, possession of stolen credit card.

Misdemeanor charges

Rick Alan Grindstaff, 60, 999 N. Amanda Lane, domestic assault and battery.

Charles David McClain, 33, Yale, larcency of merchandise from retailer value under $500.

Dustin Dishaum Williams, 19, Cushing, larcency of merchandise from retailer value under $500.

Alex Jensen, 19, 923 W. University Ave., possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kristen Groden, 21, 4309 Aggie Drive, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Braden Mark Hoffmann, 19, Edmond, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Michael Harrison, 20, 409 B Village A, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cooper Lyon, 18, 923 W. University, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Erik Brian Simpson, 33, 2903 N. Perkins #B202, violation of protective order.
