Tyler Scott Martin, 19, Lahoma, rape in the second degree, indecent proposals to a child

Summer Bree Mckinney, 18, Cushing, uttering two or more bogus checks exceeding $1,000

Kyle Lyndon Lewis, 32, Broken Arrow, obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus checks

Sheila Renea Radford, 42, 3120 S. Coyle Road, uttering two or more bogus checks exceeding $500

Wayne Casey Gay, 22, Yale, arson second degree,

Rosette Opal Hammond, 40, Cushing, enabling child sexual abuse

Misdemeanor charges

Michael Allen Martin Jr., 36, 625 E. Redbud Dr. Apt #A-9, trash dumping in an unauthorized place

Theodore Bryan Patzkowsky, 28, 707 S. Monroe, trash dumping in an unauthorized place

Gary Duane Mebane, 52, 523 E. Rogers, public intoxication

Caleb Jeremiah David, 21, Cushing, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia

Talvinder Singh Grewal, 18, 125 Village E, minor in possession of liquor

Kayla Nicole Herrington, 20, 1018 Echo Mountain #B, two counts of embezzlement by an employee

Lee Roy Jardot, 51, 205 N. Fairgrounds, two counts of practicing deceit on a witness

Dillon Wayne Kuehl, 23, Morrison, driving without a valid license, failure to carry security verification, failure to yield from stop sign, transporting opened container of beer

Grady Dell Richmond Jr., 29, 320 E. McElroy #610, obstructing an officer
