Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Nathan Alan Wright, 32, Cushing, assault with intent to kill possession of firearm after former felony conviction, possession of methamphetamine.

Misty Leann Smith, 27, Cushing, possession of controlled dangerous substance without a prescription, attempted larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Jack Dwayne Milligan, 37, Cushing, possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Clarence Michael Schoolcraft, 34, 702 S. Jardot, grand larceny, knowingly concealing stolen property.

Elizabeth Ann Quinn, 45, Stroud, knowingly concealing stolen property.

Shonette F. Sparrow, 46, 219 N. Manning St., receiving lost debit card.

Misdemeanor chargers

Travis James Baker, 22, 4127 W. 18th Ave., driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of property damage accident with unattended vehicle.

Brandon Michael Ray Thompson, 32, Cushing, larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

Riley Dean Roberts, 25, Apache, driving while impaired.

Michael Dean Payne, 27, Perkins, petit larceny.

Jacob Grady Biggers, 23, Cushing, domestic assault and battery.

Robert Jewel Henington, 46, 8008 N. Perkins Rd., driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Aleisha Elaine Nelson Sullins, 30, P.O.  Box 5 W. Preston Lane, public intoxication.
