Michael Jay Osborn, 46, 7100 S. Prairie Rd., transporting a child in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol-aggravated

Nicole Makintubee, 23, Guthrie, attempting or obtaining a controlled drug by forged prescription, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Steven Dylan Makintubee, 23, Guthrie, attempting or obtaining a controlled drug by a forged prescription, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute

Bradley William Titmas, 45, 28701 County Road 175, operating a motor vehicle while having a blood or breath alcohol content of .08 or more second and subsequent, transporting an open container of beer

Scott David Duval Stutsman, 22, no address given, providing alcoholic beverage to a person under 21
