Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proven in court.

Felony charges

Michael Lee Sanders, 28, 829 S. Leigh, arson-thrid degree.

Twila Gail Williams, 35, Glencoe, pattern of criminal offenses.

Brendan Patrick Crowley, 21, 626 S. Jefferson, burglary in the second degree.

Misdemeanor charges

Justin Michael Jay, 23, 239 S. Duncan Apt. 220, domestic abuse, possession of paraphernalia.

Bianca Leigh Adams, 22, 508 E. 14th Ave., possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of paraphernalia.

Teddy Joe Alsip, 58, driving under the influence.

Mary Helen Graves, 35, Perry, driving under revocation, left of center in a no passing zone.

Sara Christine Johnston, 45, 3102 S. Main Apt. E105, possession of schedule III controlled substance.

Gary Bill Gosney, 57, Enid, driving under suspension, transporting open container of liquor, failure to reduce speed when lawfully required.

Kenneth Leroy Howell, 46, Oklahoma City, driving under revocation.

Shauna Rhae Haxton, 41, Drumright, leaving scene of an accident with damage, carrying weapon under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving.

Patrick Wayne Pate, 32, Tulsa, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyler William Ogden, 20, 2728 Vail St., Aspen Heights, leaving scene of property damage accident with unattended vehicle.

Amber June Farrow, 25, 1815 N. Boomer Road, disturbing the peace.

Thomas Dale Adams, 21, 702 S. McDonald, breaking and entering.

John Wesley Agee, 19, 609 Kerr Hall, malicious injury to property, under $1,000.

Lakyn Renee Dyson, 21, Ripley, breaking and entering.

James P. Crews, 61, Kansas, transporting opened container of an intoxicating beverage, speeding in a posted zone.

Richard Lee Evans, 19, Cushing, transporting open container of beer, possession of alcohol by person under 21.

Brett Logan Elsberry, 21, Yale, operating a motor vehicle while license has been revoked.

Ryan Alexander Green, 21, Cushing, possession of paraphernalia.

Christy Lynn McEntire, 24, Cushing, possession of paraphernalia.

David Paul Robinson, 21, 1006 Kerr Hall, possession of marijuana.

Ray Daniel Smith, 32,Perkins, assault and battery.
