Payne County District Court Felony Charges



Amber Dawn Armstrong, 32, Blackwell, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license has been suspended.

Jena Kay Green, 28, Jennings, obtaining money under false pretenses.

Tabitha Marie Harrison, 29, Cushing, unlawful possession of controlled drug, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication.

Brandon Wayne McDaniel, 29, 5318 Spring Creek Circle Drive, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Chad Jeramie Gray, 37, Perkins, possession of controlled drug, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryan Ray McNeal, 31, Cushing, domestic assault with a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse assault and battery.

Brittany Donnelle Perkins, 22, 318 S. Mingo, unlawful possession of controlled drug, unlawful possession of marijuana, providing liquor to a person under 21, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, failure to carry security verification form.

Matthew Kelly Tull, Jennings, 33, domestic assault and battery by strangulation, domestic abuse assault and battery.



Misdemeanors



James Loren Harless, Jennings, 49, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, attempting to elude police, driving under revocation, failure to stop at stop sign.
