Felony charges

Samuel David Philmon, 29, of Drumright, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence, attempting to elude police officer, driving with license revoked, transporting opened container of beer.

Terry Wayne Bagwell, 45, of Dewar, possession of controlled and dangerous substance methamphetamine after former felony conviction.

Terry Bagwell, 45, of Dewar, assault and battery on corrections personnel.

Misdemeanor charges

Cody Garrett Harris, 18, 5919 E. 15th Ave., minor in possession of beer, transporting open container of beer.

Blake Randall Ridgeway, 24, 920 S. Mounds St., larceny from retailer less than $500.

Dylan Jay Hopkins, 22, of Cushing, possession of controlled and dangerous substance schedule IV.

Susan Elaine Littlesun, 48, of Pawnee, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated.
