Clayton Allen Thompson, 22, 317 W. Mathews, possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Garrett Mitchell Gibson, 24, 2322 Big Bend Rd., Ralston, three counts uttering a forged instrument.

Able Dale Horton, 19,  Hominy, larceny of merchadise from retailer.

Cory Lee Chitwood, 18, 402 E. 3, larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

Jamie Joseph Calloway, 31, Wichita, Kansas, embezzlement.

Misdemeanors

Eric Martin, 25, 1200 N. Perkins, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol aggravated.

Denver Scottie Rich, 47, Cushing, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Austin Reed Schofner, 20, Fort Gibson, possession of fraudulent ID document, minor in possession of liquor.

Destrie Jay Whitker, 22, Tulsa, driving without a valid driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Xavier Diaz, 21, 800 E. Hall of Fame, operating motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Thomas Edward Galiger, 19, Jenks, possession of fraudulent ID document, minor in possession of liquor.

Jackson Charles Fuller, Jenks, 18, possession of fraudulent ID document, minor in possession of liquor.

Erika Patricia Lopez, 23, 3305 S. Boomer, driving without a valid driver’s license, left of center in a no passing zone.
