Payne County District Court

The following people have been charged in Payne County. The charges have yet to be proved in court.

Felony charges

Tammi Nicole Longan, 39, 2113 Crestwood Dr., possession of controlled dangerous substances second and subsequent, public intoxication.

Arthur Ralph Forsyth III, 31, 815 N. Main, distribution of controlled dangerous substance.

Grady Dell Richmond Jr., 28, 320 E. McElroy, knowingly concealing stolen property.

Bradley Thomas Allen, 28, 1920 N. Country Club Rd., assault and battery on corrections personnel.

Justin Mitchell Toles, 19, 232 S. Burdick, larceny of CDS, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, petit larceny.

Beverley Kay Pintus, 58, Cushing, cultivation of a controlled substance.

Victoria Ann Sanders, 37, controlled substance by fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.

Deante Lewan Williams, 21, Bartlesville, grand larceny.

Robbi Danielle Tabbert, 21, 1815 N. Boomer Apt F25, unauthorized use of vehicle.

Micah Lynn Smith, 28, 4114 S. Fairgrounds Rd., false pawn declaration.

Kevin Roger Sparkman, 38, 820 S. Leigh, false pawn declaration.

Thresa Wanima Peterson, 36, Perkins, false pawn declaration.

Jesse Ryan Smith, 30, 4114 S. Fairgrounds, false pawn declaration.

Misdemeanor charges

Wanda Marie Miller, 38, Cushing, unauthorized use of credit card.

John Paul Howe, 36, 214 W. 3rd, violation of protective order.

Christopher Singleton, 18, Norman, domestic assault and battery, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Clarinda Ann Engelke, 24, Cushing, assault.

Shannon Kristine Lowe, 39, Perkins, driving a motor vehicle under the influence alcohol aggravated.

Michael Thomas Roose, 27, 512 E. 12th, assault and battery.

Mattison Mary Nicole Weber, 24, Claremore, driving motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Trenton Wallace Reed, 21, 625 E. Redbud, larceny of merchandise from retailer.

Dustin David-Benton McKnight, 32, 124 S. West St., possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
